Resource Line is an online platform that connects people with licensed psychology professionals. We provide professional, confidential and individually tailored support — in a convenient online format.
Why
Mental health matters as much as physical health, yet access to professional support is often difficult. Long waiting lists, bureaucracy and high costs prevent people from seeking help exactly when they need it most.
We are here to change that. Resource Line offers a fast, simple and accessible way to get professional psychological support — without unnecessary delays and complications. A session within 24 hours, easy booking and a confidential environment.
Approach
Unlike traditional therapy, we focus on concrete solutions from the very first session. We don't just listen — we analyse the situation, provide emotional support and define a clear next step. Results, not just conversation.
If continued support is needed, we offer regular sessions with the same therapist. We are flexible, human-centred and always focused on your needs — without long waiting times or bureaucracy.
Values
First available appointment within 24 hours. No waiting lists, no delays.
All specialists are licensed with clinical experience and a relevant academic degree.
Strict confidentiality standards. Anonymity mode available on request.
Therapy from anywhere — computer, tablet or phone. All you need is an internet connection.
A letter from the founder of Resourcline
In my professional path in psychology, I have become increasingly convinced how important it is to meet a person who truly listens, does not judge, and helps you see more than the difficulties you are in right now. More than 16 years of professional experience have let me get to know the diversity of human experience — the complexities of relationships, insecurity in the face of difficult decisions, and moments when your life so far no longer feels like the right one.
I have come to understand that change rarely happens in a single moment. Sometimes it begins with a question we have long been afraid to ask ourselves. Sometimes with the realisation that something in our life has to change. But sometimes the most important step is simply allowing yourself to look for help. Life has taught me that a new beginning does not require knowing all the answers. It requires a readiness to listen to yourself, recognise your needs and see possibilities you may not have noticed before.
These convictions are the foundation of Resourcline. I created Resourcline with a clear vision — to make professional psychological help more accessible, more understandable and easier to find at the moment it is needed. I wanted to create a place where people can find qualified specialists, talk in the language they feel comfortable in, and take the first step towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their situation.
I believe that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is an expression of self-respect, courage and respect for yourself and your wellbeing. You do not have to wait until things get really hard. You do not have to know exactly what to say or where to begin. You are allowed to ask questions, to feel unsure, and to give yourself time to change — step by step.
Resourcline is my way of putting these values into practice — creating a connection between people who need support and specialists who can provide it with care, knowledge and respect. Because sometimes a new beginning starts with one conversation. And sometimes it is that very conversation that helps you see the way forward.

About the founder
For more than 16 years I have worked as a psychologist and psychotherapist, helping people get through difficult periods of life and find their way through change. I have listened to stories about love, loss, family, responsibility, doubt and the courage to change your life. Over the years I have understood that even the strongest people sometimes need a place where they no longer have to be strong for everyone else. A place where they are simply allowed to be themselves.
But my understanding of life has not been shaped by professional experience alone. My own life has also had its challenges, difficult decisions and moments when I had to reassess what really matters. I have learned that caring for others must not mean losing yourself, that being strong does not mean enduring everything, and that a new beginning can be a sign of courage, not failure.
I have also understood something just as essential: life is not only about getting through difficulties. It is also the ability to feel alive again. For me that means travelling and discovering new places, restoring properties and turning them into beautiful spaces, dancing, swimming in winter, and fulfilling dreams that once seemed distant. It reminds me that beauty, freedom, curiosity and joy are not a luxury to postpone until everything is perfect. They are part of a full life.
I believe it is possible to start life anew at different ages and stages. We can rediscover ourselves, make different choices, build healthier boundaries and create a future in which we feel truer and freer.
This conviction is the foundation of Resourcline.
